🚀 What You’ll Do
As a Backend Development Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the backend systems that power our digital products. You will work on scalable web applications, APIs, databases, and integrations while collaborating with developers, AI engineers, and product teams. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing robust backend applications and RESTful APIs, building and optimizing database structures, integrating third-party services, improving application performance and security, debugging and maintaining existing systems, and contributing to the development of scalable and innovative software solutions.

🔧 What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Python and backend development frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask
• Understanding of REST APIs, web application architecture, and backend development principles
• Basic knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Knowledge of Docker, cloud platforms, CI/CD, authentication, or web security is a plus 💡
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
• Very good human being and always super motivated to learn
